01Using the Services
These Terms of Service govern your use of Queens: Card Clash, this website, and related services provided by Queens: Card Clash Team. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You must meet applicable age requirements. The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher age required by law. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms where required.
02Your license and fair play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules. The game, artwork, characters, text, software, and other materials belong to us or our licensors.
Do not cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, interfere with the Services, access data without permission, abuse rewards or payment systems, or infringe another person’s rights. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for securing your device and any account credentials.
03Game progress and availability
Some progress is saved locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or losing device data may remove progress. Cross-device synchronization or recovery is available only where expressly offered by the game; it is not guaranteed.
Features, balance, card availability, rewards, and events may change. We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue Services, subject to applicable law and any required notice. An internet connection may be required for advertisements, purchases, notifications, or other online features.
04Cards and virtual items
Cards, gems, coins, packs, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed for use in the game. They are not money, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game unless expressly permitted by us or required by law.
Some packs may provide randomized items. Applicable contents, prices, and available probability information are shown in the game. Do not make a purchase based on an expectation of receiving a specific random item unless the offer expressly guarantees it.
05Purchases and subscriptions
Where offered, purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to the terms and prices shown before purchase. You must have permission to use the payment method. We do not collect your full payment card number.
Where subscriptions are offered, the billing period, renewal rules, price, and cancellation method are shown in the purchase flow. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled according to the platform’s rules. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through the store used for purchase. For Apple subscriptions, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS. For Google Play subscriptions, use Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in Google Play.
Refunds and purchase disputes are handled under applicable law and platform policies. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer remedies. If an item is missing, contact support with the relevant order reference; do not send payment credentials.
06Advertisements and rewards
The game may contain third-party advertisements. Optional rewarded ads require successful completion and confirmation to grant a reward. Ad availability and rewards may vary by region, device, configuration, and network availability.
Third-party websites, advertised products, and services have their own terms and policies. Their availability does not imply our endorsement. Be careful about information you provide after following an advertisement.
07Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and the choices available to you. To request deletion, see Data Deletion. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent required for data processing.
08Suspension and liability
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where required by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version and update the date, and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. If you disagree with an update, stop using the Services; your existing statutory rights remain unaffected.
