01Send a deletion request
Email thebaddestbishh89@gmail.com with the subject Queens: Card Clash — Data deletion request. This request route is available even if the game is no longer installed.
Include your platform (iOS or Android), player ID if available, the information you would like deleted, and enough context for us to locate your records. If you do not know your player ID, tell us and we will help identify the relevant records. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
Request data deletionThis opens your email app with a draft. Review and send it to submit the request. No request is submitted just by clicking.
02What the request covers
You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including identifiable gameplay or analytics records and support messages, where applicable. If the version you use has an account managed by us, you can request deletion of that account and its associated personal information as well.
After appropriate verification, we delete or de-identify covered information that is no longer required, and involve service providers where applicable. App stores and advertising providers may independently control some records; we can help direct you to their request channels.
03What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires, with use limited as required. Information that has been de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked to you may be retained.
We will explain any applicable retention exception when handling your request. Retention is based on the type of record and the obligation involved; submitting a request does not guarantee immediate erasure of every record held by every provider.
04Remove data on your device
On Android, you can usually remove local game data from Settings → Apps → Queens: Card Clash → Storage → Clear storage, or by uninstalling the game. Menu names vary by device.
On iOS, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Queens: Card Clash → Delete App to remove the app and its local data. Choosing Offload App keeps documents and data; it is not the same as deleting the app. Device backups or separately stored cloud data are managed through your device or backup provider.
Clearing storage or uninstalling does not automatically delete records held by us or third-party providers, and does not cancel a subscription. Use the email request above for information held by us.
05What happens next
We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any necessary extension or reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled. If you are eligible to appeal a decision, you may reply to our response to ask for a review.
For the broader information-handling policy, read our Privacy Policy. All requests are handled by Queens: Card Clash Team at thebaddestbishh89@gmail.com.
