How do I request deletion of my data?
Visit our Data Deletion page for email instructions. You do not need to have the game installed to submit a request.
Can I recover progress after reinstalling?
Some game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling or clearing storage may permanently remove it. Recovery or device transfer is not guaranteed; contact us with any player ID or supporting details you still have.
How do I manage a purchase or subscription?
For App Store purchases, check your Apple Account purchase history and manage subscriptions under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For Google Play purchases, check your Google Play purchase history and subscription settings. Request Apple refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds follow the relevant store’s policies and applicable law. Uninstalling the game does not cancel an active subscription.

Why can’t I find the game in my store?
Check the iOS and Android release section for each platform’s status. A “Coming soon” notice means its download link is not yet enabled. Availability depends on your country, device compatibility, and the release status on the App Store or Google Play. The App Store application ID is 6822266352; the Android package is com.rbqueenscc.cards.
