01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Queens: Card Clash Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with Queens: Card Clash on iOS and Android (Android package com.rbqueenscc.cards), this website, and related support services (together, the “Services”). We are responsible for the personal information we process to operate these Services.

02Information we handle

This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions when available. The information processed depends on the platform, features you use, your device settings, and the Services available in your version of the game.

• Player and gameplay information: a player identifier, progress, card collection, inventory, squad composition, battle results, rewards, and preferences. Some game information is stored locally on your device; information about gameplay may also be included in analytics or support records.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network information, IP address, device or app identifiers, diagnostics, and performance information.
• Usage and analytics information: app launches, session activity, feature interactions, tutorial events, in-game economy events, and other events used to understand and improve the game.
• Advertising and attribution information: an advertising identifier, installation or referral information, ad impressions, clicks, reward events, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Collection depends on the SDK, consent, and platform settings.
• Purchase information, where purchases are available: product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, and entitlement or subscription status. Payment details are handled by the app store or payment provider; we do not receive your full payment card number.
• Notification information: a push notification token and related delivery information where notifications are enabled.
• Support information: your email address and the contents of messages, attachments, screenshots, order references, or device details you choose to send us.

Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support request.

03How we use information

• Provide gameplay, maintain game state, apply settings, and deliver available features and rewards.
• Provide and verify purchases or entitlements where these features are available.
• Understand use of the game, improve balance and usability, and diagnose technical problems.
• Deliver and measure advertising, attribute installations, and prevent ad fraud.
• Send enabled notifications and respond to questions or support requests.
• Protect the Services, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for core Services, legitimate interests such as service improvement and security where those interests are not overridden by your rights, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

04Advertising and your choices

The game may offer rewarded, interstitial, app-open, or other advertisements. Advertising and measurement providers may process identifiers, IP addresses, device details, approximate location, and ad interactions to select ads, measure performance, limit repetition, and detect fraud. When permitted, this may include personalized advertising.

Where required, consent is requested before consent-based advertising or tracking. You can use any privacy or consent controls provided in your version of the game and your device’s advertising settings to review available choices. On Android, the relevant controls are usually under Settings → Privacy or Google → Ads; names vary by device. On iOS, review tracking permissions under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where Apple requires App Tracking Transparency permission, tracking across other companies’ apps or websites and access to the advertising identifier require your permission. Declining tracking permission does not prevent core gameplay. You can change your choice in iOS settings. Limiting personalized ads does not necessarily remove advertising or processing needed for security and contextual ads.

Where applicable law treats advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, you may request to opt out by contacting us. We will handle requests as required by the law that applies to you. A reward for viewing an ad is subject to successful completion and availability in the game.

05When information is shared

We may disclose information to providers that help operate the Services, including analytics, attribution, advertising, hosting, notification delivery, app-store purchases, security, and support providers. They receive information relevant to their services; some operate as processors and others determine their own processing purposes.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable protections. We may share information at your direction or with your consent. We do not publish your support emails as part of your card collection or player profile.

06Third-party services

The game integrates third-party technologies. Whether a provider receives information depends on the game version, enabled features, region, consent, and the ad networks selected by the mediation service. Providers and their policies include:

Depending on mediation configuration, participating ad providers may also include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads / ironSource, Digital Turbine / Fyber, Mintegral, Liftoff / Vungle, BidMachine, BIGO Ads, Chartboost, InMobi, Moloco, Pangle, PubNative / Verve, SmartDigimkt, and Yandex. These providers may process advertising and device information under their own policies. Contact us if you need help identifying a provider or exercising a privacy choice.

Links, advertisements, or third-party content opened from the Services may take you to services we do not control. Review the relevant provider’s policy before supplying information to them.

07This website and local storage

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load tracking pixels, or use third-party analytics scripts. Its images, styles, and scripts are served with the site. Our hosting provider may process standard request logs, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time, to serve and secure the website.

Following an App Store, Google Play, or another external link takes you to that provider’s service, where its own privacy practices apply. Email links open your mail application; nothing is sent until you choose to send the message. The game may store progress and preferences locally on your device, separately from this website.

08Storage, retention, and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing Services, responding to requests, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and technical constraints.

Local game data may remain on your device until cleared or removed, and copies may exist in device backups controlled by you or your platform provider. Deleting local data does not automatically delete analytics, advertising, purchase, or support records held elsewhere.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

09International processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we rely on the relevant legally recognized transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, as appropriate. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

10Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Email thebaddestbishh89@gmail.com with the request and enough information to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information, and we will request only information reasonably needed for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.

We respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests are subject to exceptions, such as retaining purchase records required for accounting or information necessary to prevent fraud. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason and any available appeal route.

11Requesting data deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the game. Follow our Data Deletion instructions or email thebaddestbishh89@gmail.com with the subject “Queens: Card Clash — Data deletion request.” Include your player ID if you have it and identify the information you want deleted. If you do not know your player ID, contact us for help.

Clearing Android app storage or deleting the game on iOS or Android can remove local progress and preferences, which may not be recoverable. It does not automatically remove data held by us or third-party providers, or cancel subscriptions. We will explain any records that must be retained and the applicable reason when handling your request.

12Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact thebaddestbishh89@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

13Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
