Focusworld Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026. These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between the User and Nryndwa LLC regarding the download, installation, and use of the Focusworld mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all contents of these Terms. If the User does not agree to any part of these Terms, they may not use the Application.

2. License and Use

Nryndwa LLC grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to use the Application on their personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The core functionality of the Application is to provide a focus-timed and progress-based virtual world-building experience.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

The User agrees not to:

  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of this application.
  • Use any automated system or bot to access this application.
  • Use this application to distribute any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or make false claims of association with Nryndwa LLC or any third party.

4. Accounts and Data

No account required: The current version of Focusworld is designed as a lightweight application and does not require account creation. User progress and data (such as built worlds and acquired components) are stored locally on the user's device.

Data responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their devices have sufficient storage space and for regularly backing up local data (e.g., through the device's built-in backup function). Nryndwa LLC is not liable for any data loss resulting from device loss, damage, factory reset, or uninstallation of the application.

5. Intellectual Property

This application and all its content, including but not limited to software, code, interface design, graphics, audio, and video clips, are owned or licensed by Nryndwa LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Nryndwa LLC.

6. Privacy

This application will not collect, store, or transfer any personal data of users to any third party. Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

This application may contain links to third-party websites or services. Nryndwa LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Users use these links at their own risk.

8. Disclaimer

This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nryndwa LLC makes no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nryndwa LLC does not warrant that this application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nryndwa LLC and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if Nryndwa LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nryndwa LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the user's use of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

These Terms shall remain in effect until termination. Nryndwa LLC may terminate the license granted under these Terms at any time without notice if the user breaches any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the Application and uninstall it.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the user's use of this application shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction located in Denver, Colorado.

13. Terms Changes

Nryndwa LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, notification will be given via the application or other means. Continued use of the application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
