Focusworld Refund Policy

1. General Principles

Focusworld is a mobile application that is available for free download. Core features (including focus timer, basic world building, and progress saving) are available for free. This policy primarily applies to any in-app purchases made with payment (e.g., optional cosmetic items, expansion packs, or special features).

2. Digital Content Refunds

Because all paid content offered by Focusworld is an instant-delivered digital good (such as virtual items or unlockable features), in accordance with industry practice and applicable consumer protection regulations, all purchases are considered final sales once completed and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless expressly required by law or stated at the time of purchase.

3. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any legal rights enjoyed by users under applicable laws (such as the consumer protection laws of their country or region). If applicable law mandates a refund, such law shall prevail.

4. Purchases by Minors

Minors should ensure they have obtained the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian before making any paid transactions. Nryndwa LLC reserves the right not to process refund requests arising from purchases made without guardian consent, in accordance with this policy.

5. Technical Issues

If you are unable to enjoy your purchased content due to technical issues (e.g., not receiving virtual items after purchase), please first contact us through the in-app support function or by emailing jennifer@nryndwallc.com. Nryndwa LLC will make every effort to investigate and resolve the technical issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, reasonable remedies (including but not limited to resending items) may be provided within 30 days, depending on the specific circumstances, but this does not constitute a refund obligation.
